Yes, please call 561-203-2779 or email (contactus@ebottles.com) for samples. We charge a minimum of $15 for U.S. and $35 for Canada to cover the cost of shipping & handling. We will issue a full refund for your sample order once you place an order that exceeds $100.00.
eBottles has no minimum order.
Currently, we only ship within the US and Canada. For international inquiries, contact our customer service team at 561-203-2779.

Generally, we ship in stock orders within 24-48 hours. 

All items sold on www.eBottles.com reflect their current standards and specifications. All items sold are not necessarily suitable for every kind of use. You should always test your product in the container you've selected prior to use.
Orders are shipped via UPS, or Common Carrier for palletized orders. Customers local to the Denver, Boulder and Colorado Springs areas can receive deliveries by our local truck for a nominal fee. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed your tracking number.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You can also pay by check or money order. If you pay by check we will ship your order once the check has been cleared by the bank.
Present a lower published price at the time of purchase and we will match it! Price match is based on like items and quantities. Subject to availability. 
You can call customer service at 561-203-2779 between the hours of 9 a.m. EST and 5:00 p.m. EST. Our expert team will be able to answer any other questions you may have.

Any of our items (except shrink bands) can be returned within 30 days of receipt. If you ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it for something else, a full credit will be issued for the products received. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee (There are no refunds on shipping charges for returns or exchanges). If we pack and/or ship your order and for some reason you refuse it, handling and shipping charges will still apply. Please order carefully.


You will need to contact a representative at 561-203-2779 in order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number and the address to send returns to. Returns without an RMA or returned to the incorrect address will not be given credit. We cannot accept returns of used merchandise. Damaged shipments are rare and will be replaced or refunded. Please inspect all packages at the time of arrival and contact us immediately about any damaged products.
